DESCRIPTION:

In this 2-day workshop you will learn to paint dramatic storm clouds! We are talking about those big beautiful thunderheads and colossal cumulus nimbus clouds!

Using a reference image for the first day of class, Andy will lead you through the steps and techniques of capturing these dramatic cloud masses.

For Day Two you are encouraged to bring your own reference, when you'll be working on your own painting with Andy's guidance. Andy will also supply reference for those who want it and will gently guide you as you create your own work of art.

You are encouraged to bring at least two prepared canvases. Details of how to prep your canvases will be included in the supply list.

Note: You can paint in either acrylics or oils.  If you are going to use oils, it will be important to use a drying medium.
