Artist and inspirational instructor Shirley Sakatani will teach you how to paint with acrylics in her lively, fresh style. Great for all levels of students, this course will cover color mixing, value, and composition. Whether you want to learn how to paint Shirley’s large, colorful flowers, or even animals, Shirley will be cheerfully at your side every step of the way. Each student will go home with finished paintings to cherish!

The workshop includes step-by-step demos and instruction, laying the groundwork to help each student create a successful painting of chosen subject, expressive and full of movement! .

You can get the 10-pack mixing colors and buy other colors separately. Larger bottles are more economical.

Old Large Bath Towels to Wipe brush on
Large Water containers (2)
Small glass jar or plastic container with lid to store mixed paint
Two 10" plates or more of microwave plates from Dollar Store, scrubbable to use as pallettes
Metal kitchen scrub sponges (for plates)
Small Spray Bottle
Terrycloth old bath towel and small cloth to wipe brushes
