Skies and Water in Pastel w/ Amanda Houston - June 6-8: 10:30-5:30 : Advanced Beginners to Intermediate +
Friday - Sunday / June 6-8/ 10:30-5:30 pm
Some experience recommended
In this three-day workshop, learn to paint the two forms of nature that have so much emotion and charge. Skies and water: Amanda’s two most favorite subjects. This workshop goes beyond the “how-to” steps of creating radiant skies or translucent reflective water. It will explore the intuitive creative process that brings out YOUR voice, as well as the fundamentals of good design and composition. Learn what it means to paint luminosity and reflections with emotion and mood. We will focus on a series of small scaled color sketches and finish a few larger ones. Prepare to walk away with a collection of confidence and inspiration to keep “seeing” beyond what most people just look at.
